  I've used this place a couple of times. Different cars. They are a good garage but don't major on customer delight and seem to charge top dollar for it all.
  
  Expensive service. Literally hundreds of pounds more than competitor quotes for routine work by rounding everything up, not putting labour hours together i.e. If the wheel is coming off for one job and there's more to be done, why treat me like an idiot and charge me full price?
  
  Treats customers like an inconvenience to the business. Doesn't have a customer first approach. Doesn't listen, not interested in that. Not impressed, sorry!
