  These guys are jokes. Do not use them to fix your product. Our combination microwave/oven/steamer was making sparking noises. Sent our microwave to them through John Lewis. After one month I got back a microwave that still has the same electrical noise minus the water collection tray for the steamer. First time I've received an even less able product after I sent it in for repair. Packing was a mess to cleanup with cheap tape that is near impossible to clean off and taped on the microwave in places for no reason. It feels like they have literally just took the product and sent it back because they are too busy. Jokers did not even bother testing the microwave after they fixed it to see if the problem was fixed.
  
  Will contact panasonic to stop using these cowboys. I recommend anyone who sees this post to do the same.

  John lewis are legendary and have offered me a refund. Also, don't listen to smart service solutions reply. They have not tested it. The electrical sparking noise is loud enough for you to worry about a fire. You can even see the blue sparks if you turn the lights off. I tested the microwave first thing after I got it back with a mug and water. 10 seconds in a loud spark that would frighten anyone. The kind you hear when someone accidentally puts metal in a microwave and you run to turn it off before your house burns down.

  Amazing job guys of repairing my Sony 4k tv .
  Was upset my tv went wrong at first but with the help of these guys the process of the repair was carried professionally and quickly and has gave me confidence in my Sony tv again . I would highly recommended this company keep up the good work .

  So, TV problem reported to extended warranty company on Monday 15th January. Smart service visit on Tuesday 23 rd January and take TV to workshop. After about 10 days I send email, in fact I send 3 emails over three days, no response. I phone on Monday 5th February and am told parts on order, usually takes 3 to 6 days?? Next day I receive a phone call saying parts arrived and just need to be fitted, will return TVon Thursday 8th February. I take day off work and wait for arrival. Engineers turn up with parts and ask where is TV, I say you have it. Engineers exclaim oh no not again!! Am now told they wil need to go back and TV will be delivered on Tuesday 13th February. I now have to take another day off work! What a shambles!!
  
  I have now received my TV which is in perfect working order, good as new! I have changed my score to 3 Stars which is an average of 5 Stars for the engineers and 1 Star for the Admin. such a shame it lets them down!
